1500 to 2000 basic words used in every-day life. Students understand and can use basic particles and conjunctions, relative clauses, honorifics, irregular verbs and adjectives, and sentence-final modal expressions.
Students can differentiate phonetically similar elements and have the knowledge of their variations. They can answer simple questions and understand texts of practical contents in formal situations.
Students can read and understand directions and simple explanations in everyday situations. Can understand the content and can collect information from given texts such as advertisements, broshures, instruction for use etc.
