PhD:    Graduate School for the Humanities – ISH (Anthropology of Everyday Life / Media Studies)

 

She teaches at the Department of Sociology and at the Department of Library&Book Studies at the Faculty of Arts (University of Ljubljana) and presides The Council of Ljubljana City Library (2017 – ).

Research interests:  cultural and material history of the book and reading and contemporary reading practices.

She is interested in everyday reading behaviour and in ways in which social circumstances on various levels affect reading habits.
